All returned items will be provided with store credit only.
We must be informed of a return within 7 days of delivery and items must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unworn, not damaged, no tags or ribbon removed, no marks or stains.
Returns can not be made from customers outside of the UK.
We do not accept any returns for sale items or items purchased using a promotional code or store credit code.
How to Return
Please email us (using the email address given when you purchased) with your order number, and which items you will be returning.
We will then email you back within 24 hours (working days) with a return address.
Luxsow does not cover the cost of returns postage, we do recommend sending all items tracked as we can not be held responsible for any items that do not make their way back to us or get lost in the post.
Once we have received the item we will then send you a unique code for the amount of your returned items (excluding delivery) that can be used when checking out.
Store credit can not be transferred to other people or accounts

Any purchase amounts that exceed your store credit amount will require an additional payment method for the extra amount.
All items are fully checked twice by different team members before being sent out to avoid any faulty items. In the unlikely case that you need to return a faulty item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will begin a full inspection of whether the damage is due to tampering or forceful damage to the item.
